Leasily is operated by MB Baioras, a company registered in Lithuania (Įm. kodas 307183589), with registered address at Perkūnkiemio g. 19, Vilnius LT-12120. MB Baioras is the data controller for all personal data processed through this platform. Contact us at hello@leasily.eu.

2. What data we collect

  • Name and email address when you sign up
  • Property details, tenant information and payment records you enter
  • Usage data — pages visited and features used, collected via Google Analytics to improve the product
  • Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Leasily service
  • To send automated rent reminders to your tenants on your behalf
  • To send you important product updates and billing notifications
  • To understand how the platform is used and improve it (analytics)
  • We never sell your data to third parties — ever

5. Data storage

All data is stored on EU-based servers (Supabase, Frankfurt region). We are fully GDPR compliant. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time by contacting us at hello@leasily.eu.

7. Your rights

  • Right to access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Right to correct — update any inaccurate information
  • Right to delete — request full deletion of your account and data
  • Right to portability — export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to object — opt out of analytics at any time via the cookie banner
