Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Leasily in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MB Baioras (Įm. kodas 307183589), the operator of Leasily.

2. What Leasily provides

Leasily is a property management tool designed to help independent landlords organise properties, tenants and payments. Leasily is not a financial institution, legal advisor, or professional property management company. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or legal advice.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at hello@leasily.eu if you suspect unauthorised access

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Leasily for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Do not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages to tenants
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform

5. Payments and billing

• The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed monthly, starting from the date of upgrade
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details

6. Limitation of liability

Leasily is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any financial, legal or business decisions made using information from this platform. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
